seconds, then hold it for 7 seconds and exhale through your mouth for 8
seconds. This will slow down your heart rate while you release chemicals in the
brain that you are calm.

other things, except for falling asleep. When you are stressed, the endocrine
system releases adrenaline through your adrenal glands. That will elevate your
