Powerful Breakfast That Can Replace Workout In Gym

Keep in great shape with a healthy diet




Ingredients:

  • 300 ml yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 5-7 dried plums, seedless
  • 100 ml boiling water

Preparation:
