Ingredients:
- 3 onions 6 pieces of cheese
- 300ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 300g flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- oil for frying
Preparation:
Clean onions. Using a sharp knife make a flower from it (see video). Chop the cheese in small portions and put between slices onions. Such flower onion paste it in the refrigerator for one hour.
Mix eggs with milk in a bowl and in another mix the flour, salt, pepper and red pepper. Onion paste it several times in the eggs to soak nice, so mix with flour. Then replace it another 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
