Lie on your back on a flat surface.

Start gently squeezing it and make circles in the direction of arrows from the clock, around the navel. Then gradually increase the circles. Each round should take 1 to 2 seconds.
Do this 2 minutes, or do about 40-50 rounds.
It is important that the stomach to be heated while doing massage.
